I just got an e-mail that the family site was renewed. Did this happen automatically from who ever paid last year? Is there anyway the renewal can be cancelled?

Darn it! It looks like it was Crystal that renewed it---so she may not know about this site yet. Unfortunately, she's probably the only one that can cancel it at this time. Can you call her? I don't have her phone number and I'd hate to have you post it on here for the world to see.
There is a help section that can walk her through cancelling it. Maybe there's a phone # too??? I'm not sure. Let me know if you get ahold of her. In the meantime---it would be better if NOBODY got on the website---as we dont want them to say to her "people are using it". Thanks!
